NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS IN-STORE AND ONLINE


Your order will be dispatched soon and will take 2-5  working days to arrive. Our Customer Support Team will be in touch with you to guide you through the process. 


SHIPPING

  • All orders placed before 2:00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on that day and should take 2-5 business days for arrival ( due to the prevailing situation couriers need more time than usual) Orders placed after 2.00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched for delivery on the next business day    (you can get in touch with us for more details about delivery times for your area and we will accommodate your needs as much as possible )

  • Generally delivery takes 2-5 working days to be delivered to your door. If you are based in Colombo and close suburbs this is generally much quicker - mostly the next day its delivered.
  • If you do not receive your parcel with in 7 days please email us and we will get back to you within a few hours at latest.
  • Maia Atelier (Pvt) Ltd cannot take any responsibility for parcels that are lost/stolen.
  • Please contact us if you need to update your shipping address or special delivery instructions e.g You will not be home to receive your parcel. If you’re having your item delivered using a same day service, please ensure you leave a phone number so we can pass it on to the driver in case they have any problems when they arrive. Please note that Maia Atelier (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for lost packages which have been confirmed delivered or signed for.
  • When an order is placed a team member will get in touch to finalise and confirm you order. At this point they will let you know the bank details and the charges for delivery. If you are happy with all then we will dispatch the goods to you ( after the payment slip has been received). 
  • Delivery charges LKR 500 PER ORDER
Please note that the Maia Atelier team retains all rights to reject or deny refund request if we feel that the defect/damage is not a genuine case. The final decision is at the sole discretion of the management and is non-negotiable. 


 

EXCHANGES

 

Exchanges can be made In-store for full priced items. For online purchased items the customer must arrange the return of the item to our stores. The returns are at the cost of the customer for the item to be delivered to us and back to you. But you are more than welcome to come into store and make the exchange within seven days of receiving the item ( sale items no exchange or refunds )

Sales Conditions:

 Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before buying online, as no exchanges or refunds will be allowed.
• You are welcome to purchase online and pick up at one of our stores - once order is confirmed by a staff member and this takes up to 48 hours
• Orders are only confirmed once a sales staff member contacts you  to confirm availability. Please note, sometimes an item may be sold out in-store while still showing as available online. We confirm all orders manually for this reason.
• Payments are accepted via bank deposit only. Please wait for a confirmation call from a sales staff member before making any payment. Do not deposit until you have been provided with the bank details and confirmation.
• Important: If your order has been confirmed and payment details sent but you fail to make the payment within the day, the order will be automatically cancelled. If you make the payment after this period, there will be no refunds, and you will need to come in-store to pick another item.

• Delivery options:

  • Courier service: Flat rate of LKR 500, delivery within 2-5 working days.
  • Pickup: Available from the store where the item is confirmed to be in stock. Our team will notify you of the pickup location during the confirmation call.
  • PickMe Flash: You may arrange your own PickMe Flash pickup from the designated store confirmed during the order process.
  • Pickup locations: MAIA Ward Place and MAIA Nawala. The exact location will be confirmed during your order confirmation call.
No exchanges or refunds on sale items.
