  • Delivery: LKR 500 flat rate
  • We do not do international shipping 
  • Colombo: about 2 working days · Rest of Sri Lanka: 2–5 working days

Shipping

  • Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day, and weekend orders on Monday.
  • Delivery times are counted from dispatch, in working days. Couriers do not deliver on weekends.
  • Delays can happen during public holidays and peak seasons. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier.
  • Prefer to collect? Once your order is confirmed, you can arrange a PickMe Flash pickup from 50 Ward Place, Colombo 7.
  • Maia is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after the courier confirms delivery.

Orders & Payment

  • Payment is made by credit card at checkout through our secure gateway.
  • Our team checks stock on every order and contacts you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) to confirm. An item can occasionally show online after it has sold in-store.
  • If a payment is cancelled or reversed, the amount is returned within 7 business days.

Exchanges

  • One exchange per invoice, on full-priced items, within 7 days of receiving your parcel (or 7 days of purchase in-store).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchange in-store at 50 Ward Place, or send the item back at your own cost. Please contact us first, as returns without approval may not be accepted.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Maia may decline an exchange that doesn't meet these conditions. Management's decision is final.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • Items must be brought in-store for inspection before an exchange, repair or replacement is approved. Please don't post anything back before speaking to us.

Designed with long ties at the side seams that wrap around the back and return to the front, it allows you to create a beautifully cinched waist or a more relaxed fit. A full-length back placket with wooden buttons completes the design.
