Exchange period is within 7 days of receiving your parcel. In-store policy is also within 7 days after purchase.

SHIPPING

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

We use third-party courier services for all deliveries. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays can occur outside of our control during public holidays, peak seasonal periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days. For orders within Colombo, you can generally expect to receive your parcel within 2 working days from the date of dispatch. Weekends are not included in the delivery timeline as couriers do not operate on Saturdays or Sundays.

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days, please get in touch and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Flat delivery rate: LKR 500 per order.

You are also welcome to arrange a PickMe Flash pickup directly from our store at 50 Ward Place, Colombo 7, once your order has been confirmed by a member of our team.

Maia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the courier.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders are manually confirmed by our team. On occasion, an item may appear as available online while already sold out in-store. We verify all stock before confirming your order.

Once your order is placed, a member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm availability and your order details. Please note that weekends are excluded from this timeframe.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be followed up on the next working day, Monday. As there are no courier pickups on weekends, any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Delivery timelines run from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

Payment is accepted via credit card through our secure payment gateway and is processed instantly at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. Should a payment be cancelled or reversed for any reason, the amount will be returned to you within 7 business days.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds. For full-priced items, we offer a one-time exchange per invoice, provided the exchange is made within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

To make an exchange you can visit us in-store at 50 Ward Place, Colombo 7, or arrange to send the item back to us at your own cost. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please contact us before sending anything back as items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund. Please choose carefully before purchasing, whether online or in-store.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that appears faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs of the issue. All faulty or damaged items must be brought in-store for inspection before any exchange, repair, or replacement can be approved.

Please do not return items via courier without first getting in touch with our team.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Maia reserves the right to decline an exchange if the above conditions are not met. This decision is at the sole discretion of management and is final.
